PRE CONSTRUCTION
Pre-construction is the first phase of a project, and follows the initial meeting between our client and Elite. Pre-Construction is focused on evaluating the entire project, laying out the scope of work and schedule, identifying any potential issues or possible delays, cost estimating, value engineering, establishing safety measures, and the development of a plan that ensures completion will be on-time and within budget. This stage lays the foundation for a smooth flowing project, and considers any cost saving options. It gives our clients a clear picture of what the job is going to look like, how we are going to get it done, and when each part will be completed.
