Uniondale Schools | Renovations & Additions

These renovation and addition projects span nine schools within the Uniondale Union Free School District, and were necessary to accommodate the increased enrollment projected for their Pre K-12 school programs.

Projects include building infrastructure, repairs and renovations, new rooms, science labs and athletic fields.

In collaboration/partnership with Triton Construction, the scope of work includes tracking and management of project costs, schedule of activities, communications and other relevant data, monitoring construction activities, maintaining daily logs, submittal logs, and RFI logs. Elite also performed oversight of all mechanical system replacements, review of change orders, and coordination of construction work.
