Roosevelt Public Library | Addition & Renovation

This project consisted of the creation of a new two-story, 19,600 SF cultural arts facility with a 208 seat capacity, used for multi-purpose activities. The scope includes a computer lab, classrooms, café, reference section and administrative office space. The existing 12,700 SF facility was renovated to house a state of the art children’s center, classrooms, individual study areas, and African American studies collection. MEP work consisted of new electrical service, new water service for sprinkler service, new gas service, and new mechanical and electrical systems. The parking lot reconstruction also included site lighting.
