Battery Park City | Rector St. Interior Fit Out
As Construction Manager for this Task Order, Elite supervised the interior corporate fit out of an approximately 3,000 sf space of a residential high-rise in Battery Park City.
Project scope was comprised of demolition of all walls and MEP systems, roughing-in of new MEP systems, building new partition walls, and installation of all new fixtures and finishes.
Elite’s services included managing all interior trades and scheduling their completion of demolition, structural steel and wood finishes, glass, doors and windows, hardware, and MEP. Responsibilities also included the coordination of logistics that required public access, notifications of shut-downs, and OSHA compliance.
Elite also handled tracking and management of project costs, scheduled activities, communications and other relevant data; monitoring construction activities; maintaining daily logs, submittal logs, and RFI logs; and review of change orders. Completed on-time within budget.
