Battery Park City | Restoration & Art Installation

This two-component project, includes:

1. Restoration of the Glass Benches, consisting of replacement of the LED lights in and restoration of any damaged areas of the benches, as well as the removal of two benches
2. The LED lighting conversion and restoration of the Belvedere Plaza Pylons, a two-piece public art installation located north of the North Marina. Restoration consisted of removing existing light fixtures and replacing with LED lighting.

Elite’s duties included tracking and management of project costs, scheduled activities, communications and other relevant data, monitoring construction activities, maintaining daily logs, submittal logs, and RFI logs.
