NYCHA Awards an IDIQ Contract for Construction Management Services to Elite Construction Company of NY

Recognized as the largest public housing authority in North America, the New York City Housing Authority’s (NYCHA) mission is to “increase opportunities for low and moderate income New Yorkers by providing safe, affordable housing and facilitating access to social and community services.” NYCHA recently chose Elite to assist in implementing their capital construction projects, which include Construction and Project Management Services for building systems upgrades, exterior and interior repairs and renovations, and site security and improvements for NYCHA properties.
