Elite Construction of NY, a veteran and minority owned business enterprise, is proud to serve NYS Parks, Recreation, and Historic Preservation as their construction manager on the new Hempstead Lake State Park Environmental Education and Resiliency Center (The Center). The Center will be a new and unique hands-on learning facility to educate visitors about storm resiliency and environmental management. It will also provide educational opportunities and an emergency coordination center for the immediate communities to aid with disaster response.
