Elite Construction of New York was founded in Garden City, Long Island in 2011 by partners Mr. Michael Reed, CCM, and Mr. Eze O. Small, CFM. For the past ten years Michael, the CEO, and Eze, President, have worked together on some of the region’s most complex building projects. Combined they bring over four decades of professional, leadership, and management experience having worked with some of the world’s largest and most successful construction and development firms. Holding Masters Degrees in Engineering Management and Energy Management respectively, Michael and Eze personally oversee each Elite Construction project to ensure optimal staffing and efficient use of resources to ensure each is delivered as promised. This personal dedication goes beyond a business relationship and is the very foundation of our core values.
