North Bellmore Public Library | Expansion & Renovation

This project involves the complete renovation (15,500 SF) and expansion (4,500 SF) of the outdated community library structure. The scope includes creating a temporary library location to allow for the gut renovation of the main facility, and implementation of sustainable design principles and commissioning through PSEG utility service program.

The parking lot reconstruction included site lighting, new gas, new electrical service, new water and sanitary services. Elite also oversaw the replacement of all mechanical systems.
