Our Leadership
Elite Construction of NY is led by founding partners, Mr. Michael Reed, CCM, (CEO) and Mr. Eze O. Small, CFM, (President) who have worked together on some of the region’s most complex building projects for the past 10 years. Combined, they offer over 45 years of seasoned experience and leadership at some of the world’s largest building firms.
Both partners hold Masters Degrees in Engineering Management and Energy Management respectively, and are actively involved in overseeing each project to ensure that each one is staffed optimally, and service is delivered as promised. This personal commitment to each project goes beyond a business relationship, and serves as the foundation of our core values.
