Michael Reed and Eze Small were the guest speakers at the Community Mediation Services’ end of year youth development program ceremony. This program recognized students from middle and high schools in Queens and Brooklyn from underserved community on their academic improvements. Elite partners’ speech concentrated on goal setting and encouraging the students to continue to reach for the stars in all their endeavors.
