Elite Perseveres As Proactive Construction Manager Despite Supply Chain Delays

Elite, in partnership with Triton Construction, continues to chisel away obstacles for the completion of this 28,345 SF, two-story addition for the California Ave. Elementary School. Despite supply chain delays, Elite perseveres by being a “pro-active” Construction Manager, assisting the prime contractors in obtaining alternative quality materials with shorter lead times to assist project progression.

New construction includes classrooms, conference rooms, gymnasium wing and parking area reconstruction. Renovations to the existing building involve new HVAC, roof and boiler repairs, bathroom ADA compliance, and upgrades to the electrical, data, and gas lines.
