Elite Construction of NY Provides Construction Management on Hempstead Lake State Park Revitalization Project

Beautified Lake Trails at NYS Hempstead Lake State Park (HLSP): As part of the Living with the Bay program, Elite Construction Company of NY is providing construction management services on this revitalization project around Hempstead Lake which is nearing completion.

The beautification of the park includes trail renewal, a new fishing pier with additional landscaping, and a three-landing observation platform with an elevated walkway that pathway connects to the recently opened Environmental Education and Resiliency Center. For those who would like to admire the shoreline from the water, park stewards will have access to a new floating kayak launch.
